Spiritual Wisdom

« Researchers and inventors give humanity weapons, encouraging their aggressive instincts, but they also give them comfort, encouraging their instinct for laziness. Do they have anything to be happy and proud of in providing people with so many ways to destroy themselves? When humans are not annihilating one another with weapons, they are slowly losing both their physical resistance and their psychic faculties because of all the devices they have at their disposal sparing them all effort. On the face of it, this is progress: yes, the machines are progressing, but not humans! Humans are becoming weaker. This is why those who think about things, including some scientists, are increasingly beginning to doubt whether all this technical progress is contributing to the good of humanity.

Obviously, there is no question of putting a stop to technical progress: it is Cosmic Intelligence that is encouraging humans to conduct research. We must never stop seeking, inventing; we mustn’t neglect any of the possibilities offered to us by physical matter. What we do need to do is take scientific research in a different direction. For, actually, when humans have learned how to work on their psychic matter, they will be able to make full and good use of all the riches to be found on the physical level. Technical progress will only be true progress for them if, alongside it, they also look within and place their efforts under the authority of spirit. »

Sing Your Song

<<We're at a pivotal moment in our collective journey and everything we do depends on our willingness to shine our light, instead of working so hard to hold back the density and darkness. One of our biggest fears is criticism and judgment, it's something I hear from clients all of the time. And yet, it is our willingness to sing our song, to use our voice, to share our heart and light, that allows us to take the next step on our own journey. As I ask my clients, what's the worst thing that can happen to you if someone criticizes you? People can only approve of what they can see themselves doing and that's often far less than they are capable of. We don't need to convince others that the light is a good place to be, we have to show them that we're happy in our own light and that will either encourage them to release the fear of their own joy and abundance, or not. Fear is good for reminding us that pain is one option, but there are many others and if we don't have the courage to sing our own song, who is going to sing it for us?

It's a good day to be shining your light today, and to muster up the courage to sing out loud. If someone doesn't like it, that's OK, it's their prerogative, but don't let the fear of being criticized or judged keep you from singing and from shining.>>

A FORGIVING MOMENT

Don't try to forgive.
Forgiveness is not a 'doing'.
Simply accept that this moment is exactly the way it is right now.
And the past was the way it was.
Accept your non-acceptance in the present.
Forgive your inability to forgive.
Feel your breath, the sensations in your body, the life that burns brightly in you.

Everyone is doing their best, even when it seems like they are doing their worst.
Everyone is dreaming or having a nightmare, battling with pain you may never understand.
You don't have to condone their actions.
You may not be able to wake them up.
You don't have to like what happened.
Simply let go of the illusion
that it could have been any different.
You are different now, anyhow.
Don't focus on something
you have no control over.
The past is a distant land.

Bring your attention back to this moment,
Your source of true power.
Your place of connectedness.

Wake up from the dream
That anyone has any power
To take away your inner peace.

Drop the need to be right.
Embrace the need to be free.
Come out of the story of 'my life'.
Reclaim the moment.

Be here, in your new life.
Show up for this brand new day.

This is forgiveness.
