 Separated ego will say, "Well, you have to do X, Y, & Z first in order to be happy." Actually, no. All you have to do is smile, and that sends a message throughout the body, and all of the cells respond and know that you're happy because you're smiling. "Well, gee, Jeshua, I can probably do that." Of course, you can. You can smile and tell each other a joke, a good belly laugh joke.
